Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Here For You, our Employee Assistance Program through ComPsych, provides our employees and families with confidential support, resources, and information for personal and work-life issues. These services are provided at no charge and available 24/7. These services include:

  • Confidential Counseling: Life can be stressful. Here For You can connect you and your dependents to short-term counseling services. Receive up to five (5) visits per issue to help resolve concerns such as marital, relationship and family problems, stress, anxiety and depression and grief.​
  • Legal Support: When you have questions about legal matters, you can talk to a legal expert by phone. Call for information and resources on legal issues such as contracts and agreements, debt, landlord/tenant issues and divorce.
  • Financial Information: Everyone has financial questions. With Here For You, you can speak to financial experts to get answers about budgeting, debt management, tax issues and other money concerns.
  • Interactive Digital Tools: Our digital self-care platform, myStrength, offers behavioral health tools and resources including personalized resources and guided program on anxiety, sleep, stress, mindfulness and more.
  • GuidanceResources® Online: Go online to access timely, expert information on thousands of topics, including relationships, work, school, children, wellness, legal, financial and much more!

To locate an in-network provider, visit your member website or call the number on your health plan ID card. Flu shots are covered at 100% when you use an in-network provider. Make sure to show your health plan ID card before getting your shot.

 

UHC Healthy Pregnancy

If you’re thinking about having a baby or have one on the way, the Maternity Support Program provides information and support, throughout your pregnancy and after giving birth. The program offers access to a maternity nurse who is available to answer your questions and help you with things like:

  • Choosing a doctor or nurse midwife, and help you with finding a pediatrician or other specialist
  • Information to help you take care of yourself and the health of your baby — even if your pregnancy is considered high-risk
  • Support to help you manage your health — physically and emotionally — before and after your baby is born
